Guess what! I had a longer weekend than normal. You see, I have been trying to get hired by Brett at MCA Solutions, and he told me wednesday that he thought I would be best served by getting an interview sooner rather than later. So I drove down thursday morning for a 4:00 interview. I think it went well, but I've heard that I might not have enough experience to get the job. Bummer. Oh well, I'm still holding out hope.

Originally, I had been planning on heading right back to Boston that night, but when I was taking the train back to my house from the interview, I was so busy reading about Russians killing Nazi's (and anyone else who happened to be around), I completely missed my stop, and ended up in bumblefuck. By the time I finally made it back to my house, I decided that my insane kamikaze monkey driving style mixed with my atomic impatience and my lack of sleep might be a deadly combination. I decided that my "stomach bug" would have to extend into friday. Oh well, they won't miss me at work, I don't really do anything anyway.

Friday I sat on my ass and did almost nothing. I watched a lot of DVD's I copied from Netflix. Looking back, I think I may have been feeling the effects of not having coffee. It's sad that I've already become dependant on Coffee to move in the morning. That night, I went downtown for drinks and Halo with Jo, Eli, Seth, and Dov. Jo has connections at an Art Museum in Philly, so we went there to use their projector screen and super high speed internet connection to play uber games of Halo. Of course, I managed to screw up the evening by breaking a wall. Yes. A wall. I put a rather large hole in the dry wall by hitting it with a blunt object (eli). Other than that, it was awesome. 16 player halo is truly a sight to behold. Truly awesome.

Saturday, I went back to Boston, and then went out to The Terminal, which was sappy and crappy and oh so sugary sweet. It made my teeth hurt. Interestingly, it managed to not have a real Hollywood ending, yet still pissed me off. It left me with a great feeling of "so what?". Not a good feeling to have on leaving a movie. I really don't like Steven Spielberg anymore. His movies all have predictably sappy sentimentally crappy endings.

Then sunday I went back to Guitar Center to continue my search for a guitar that I can't afford. After the seemingly clear choice last week of the Fender HSS Strat in Sienna Sunburst, now I'm not so sure. I tried out a Used PRS Custom 22. Oh god was that a sickly awesome guitar. I want it. I want to bear it's children. Sadly, it costs a good amount more than the already pricey Strat. I guess it's sort of moot at this point since I can't really afford either. After guitar center, I went around to a bunch of Thrift stores to look for cool clothes. I bought a Leather jacket for 4 dollars. It's awesome. At the Garment District, they had a huge pile of clothes all over the floor, and you just wade into it, and hope you find something cool. $1.50 per pound of clothing. Fun stuff.

Anyway, I could probably keep writing, but I have a feeling that this entry already sucks, so I'll stop.
