Man do I feel dumb....

flyinbutrsOk, so my car has been acting funny recently, feeling really sluggish and tired when I try to accelerate. For a while, I thought I was just imagining it, but as it got progressively worse, I knew something wasn't right. So when I took the car in to the shop to get it inspected, I had the mechanic take a look at it.
And apparently, I'm a big moron. The problem was that the rug had been pushed up so far that it was getting in the way of the accelerator. Now it's all better. But my run has wrinkles and marks where it was squished.
On the plus side, I think it's gotta be a pretty honest mechanic to actually tell me that, and not say it was something expensive like a broken... erm... part.
