Roommates are fun.
Apr. 5th, 2005 11:49 amI keep forgetting to update this thing. It's because I'm busy... ummm... retagging my mp3's. But yeah... stuff in the past two weeks (note: not in chronological or any other order):
Probably some more stuff happened too.
- I went to the orchestra with Micah and Luke and Ali(son). It was amazing. Vaughan Williams' London Symphony was spectacular. Haydn and Elgar were nice too.
- Spring Cleaning! I went ninja crazy on my house and cleaned things that have definitely not been cleaned in years, fixed light switches, installed kitchen organization stuff, and just generally made the house more cool.
- Drinking! Went out to Mad 4 Mex with Brett, Sam, Dov, Jo(x), Ed and Vicky. Then went back to my house and got even more fucked up. Life is gooooood.
- "took care of" the house and my little brother. And by took care of, I mean got responsibility points for doing nothing at all. I mean... come on... the kid is 18 years old. He doesn't need me to babysit him.
- Ate / Cooked lots of tasty food, including a kick ass Sausage Arrabiata sauce that I still have a lot of left over. Also made Molten Chocolate cake. It kicks ass, but I'm going to need to make it a few more times to perfect it. Mmmmm.
- realized that I have too much liquor. I think it's time to have party so people can help me "make room".
- Watched "The office" season 1. (BBC version). Watch it. Own it. Love it.
- I have more or less convinced both of my roommates that we can live without cable TV (or any TV), thanks to the magic of a shared netflix account combined with the joy that is RSS bittorrent.
Probably some more stuff happened too.

Date: 2005-04-05 01:54 pm (UTC)You went to the orchestra? DAPPER DAN!!!
why did your mom want A. to be babysat???
And of course, I so sad that I cannot help clean out your liquor closet. That may very well be my favorite type of cleaning (and I like cleaning)

Date: 2005-04-08 07:06 am (UTC)And yeah! That makes two orchestra trips in three weeks for me! I rule! I'm so much more cultured than all you heathen whores! Umm... yeah.
Adam needs a babysitter like I need a hernia. My mother is babbying him because he's the youngest.
And you can clean my liquot closet anytime you want. Wow that sounds dirty. Oh baby!
