Apr. 8th, 2005 09:41 amLast night I cooked dinner for Ali, Luke, Micah, Anita, Avi and myself. It was a lot of fun. Brett helped me choose the menu while we were at the terminal for lunch, got my supplies and cooked up a storm. I wish I had taken a picture of the kitchen after I was done, it was an absolute disaster. The food was worth it though... soooo good.

We had:
- Spinach salad with red onion, strawberries, and a fresh strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.
- Homemade poppy seed gnocchi with a sausage Arrabiatta sauce.
- Broiled Flank steak, marinated in brandy, served with sauteed grape tomatoes and red grapes.
and for dessert:
- Baked Pairs in a red wine syrup, served with strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
