Ok, I had a busy week/end, so I'll try and be brief. After work wednesday, I drove up to boston for an extended weekend. Since alon was getting married sunday, I was asked to / offered to cater a friday night dessert party for them. Thursday I spent cooking, and thursday night we had a combined bachelor / bachelorette party where we just hung out, ate, and played laser tag. It was fun. Very... ahem... different from brett's bachelor party. Still fun though.

Friday I also spent cooking, right up until 8:00 when people started showing up for the event. All in all, we had 31 people, 13 desserts, 4 pitchers of martinis, and one swank ass party.

Anyway, saturday I took the day off from the wedding stuff and hung out with some of my old meditech friends. I went over to Dave's and we hung out there for a while, listening to records and generally having a great time. He was going to a party mid afternoon, so I called Jess to try and hang with her after I was done at dave's. Turns out the party he was going to was Jess's party, so I rode over there with dave and his crew. Had a blast... Jess and her boyfriend just got a new place, so this was their housewarming. Beer and barbecue. Fantastic. It was great to see Jess and Dave again, I kept missing them the last few times I've been up there. Sadly, Anna wasn't in Boston this weekend, otherwise I would have successfully seen everyone I wanted to while I was there. Oh well. Saturday night, I met Melissa and Alon and Bec and the Liquid Fun (BU Improv Troupe) people at Uno's after their show and hung out. Beer and pizza and fun was had by all.

Sunday was the wedding day. I never knew how much work was involved in putting a wedding together, but DAMN! Just helping out for that one day was exhausting. We ran errands from 10 until 4 for wedding stuff. Then showered and dressed and went on to the wedding. It was awesome and beautiful and happy. The Chupah was surrounded by white flower's and rose petals on the floor, and after the family and groomsmen (including me) and bridesmaids came in, moved closer and formed a dense circle around the bride and groom. It had a very intimate feel to it. It was awesome. Then we moved down to the party, which was a rollicking good time. I was so happy I actually danced... and I never do that.

Monday, I drove home. And I bought and air conditioner. I don't like how this entry came out, but I'm really tired... maybe I'll take a nap later.
